Pembroke has reached a significant milestone in Stockholm, with its entire office portfolio now fully leased. The achievement follows Bank of America’s decision to lease approximately 800 sq m of office space at Mästerhuset on Mäster Samuelsgatan, bringing occupancy across Pembroke’s four Stockholm properties to 100%.

The milestone reflects Pembroke’s long-term commitment to developing and managing high-quality workplaces in some of Stockholm’s most sought-after locations. The company’s Stockholm portfolio comprises Mästerhuset, RGNT, PK Huset and Sveavägen 14.
Reaching full occupancy is particularly noteworthy in a market where office vacancy levels remain elevated. While broader market conditions continue to present challenges, demand remains strong for sustainable, well-located workplaces that combine high-quality office space with services and amenities that support today’s ways of working.

Mästerhuset has been developed with this in mind. The property is LEED Platinum certified and has consistently achieved high rankings in Fastighetsbarometern, Sweden’s leading tenant satisfaction survey. The latest leasing further strengthens Pembroke’s position as a landlord of choice for leading international occupiers and highlights the continued appeal of prime office environments in central Stockholm.
