The campus includes Aleksis Kiven Katu 3-5, 7 and 9, Flemingkatu 27 and Satamaradankatu 5, all LEED Gold certified. These historical industrial buildings and modern office spaces total 686 000 sq ft / 63 700 sq m. the campus is home to the headquarters for Nordea Bank Finland.

Aleksis Kiven Katu 3-5 is currently under development, where we are delivering a future proofed, sustainable and energy efficient office building using geothermal heating.
With large 2,000 sq m floorplates and 3m floor-to-ceiling heights, the new building is designed to the highest LEED Platinum environmental standard. The geothermal heating system will produce more than 80% of the building’s thermal energy needs.
