Pembroke Continues to Rank Among The Top Office Landlords for Tenant Satisfaction in Sweden

We’re pleased to share that Pembroke once again ranks among the highest-performing real estate companies in Sweden for tenant satisfaction in the 2026 Fastighetsbarometern Office Survey.

With a Tenant Satisfaction Index of 83, Pembroke ranked first in the survey’s small company category and placed among the highest-performing real estate companies in the overall rankings.

Conducted annually by CFI Group and Fastighetsägarna Sweden, Fastighetsbarometern is one of Sweden’s leading tenant satisfaction benchmarks for the office sector. The survey measures how office tenants perceive their landlords across a range of categories, including property management, service quality, workplace environment, sustainability, and overall value.

This year’s results highlight Pembroke’s long-term commitment to creating and managing workplaces where businesses can thrive. The company received the highest industry scores for both value for money and environmental performance, with strong sustainability results across the board.

“Receiving good feedback from our tenants once again means a great deal to us. We take a long-term approach to managing our properties and place great importance on building close relationships with our tenants. Earning the highest tenant satisfaction score is valuable recognition of that work”, says Kristin Willerström, Senior Regional Director, Nordics.

Pembroke has consistently ranked among the top-performing property companies in the survey over the past decade. The 2026 results are based on tenant feedback from Mästerhuset and Putten, two premium office properties in central Stockholm, where occupancy remains at 100 percent. The recognition comes as Pembroke approaches the completion of RGNT, a major new mixed-use destination in the heart of the city, bringing together workplace and retail.

For Pembroke, property management extends beyond maintaining buildings. It is equally about understanding tenants’ evolving needs and building long-term partnerships.

“For us, effective property management starts with understanding what matters most to our tenants, both in their day-to-day experience and over the long term. Whether it’s improving bike facilities, adapting workspace layouts, addressing energy-related matters, or enhancing the surrounding environment, we strive to understand our tenants’ needs and work with them to develop solutions. Even issues beyond our direct responsibility can influence the overall tenant experience, and we want to be part of creating positive outcomes. That’s how we build long-term partnerships”, says Åsa Blomkvist, Senior Commercial Property Manager, Nordics.

These results reinforce Pembroke’s belief that strong tenant relationships, proactive management, and a long-term ownership perspective are key to creating successful and sustainable workplaces.
