Rooftop garden & bees
Designed in collaboration with award-winning landscape design practice Tom Stuart-Smith, the rooftop garden at 25 Cannon Street extends the workplace into a calm, elevated setting high above the City. Carefully structured planting defines a series of flexible spaces for informal meetings, events and quiet moments outdoors, with exceptional views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
Since 2026, the 5,400 sq ft garden has also been home to honeybee hives, supporting urban biodiversity and connecting tenants with nature in a meaningful, engaging way.
A tranquil oasis in the City
Reflection pool & public garden
At ground level, 25 Cannon Street opens onto a publicly accessible garden designed as a calm oasis within the City. Created in collaboration with Tom Stuart-Smith, the space has been thoughtfully reimagined to bring a sense of tranquility to its urban setting.
A central reflective pool, designed with water-feature specialist Andrew Ewing, mirrors the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral, establishing a striking focal point. The result is a carefully composed landscape that brings together design, nature and business.
