Marking a Milestone

Laying the foundation stone

In April 2026, Pembroke and partners celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the Alram 14 development project, officially marking the start of construction for 186 new rental apartments. Key project partners, city representatives, members of the press and representatives from REWE joined us on site and heard from speakers including Professor Elisabeth Merk, Head of the Department of Urban Planning for the City of Munich, Christian Bosiljanoff, Senior Regional Director, Germany at Pembroke, and Michael Ehret, founder of Ehret+Klein AG.
