Built between 1923 and 1931 for the London & Westminster Bank, 41 Lothbury is a prestigious address that seamlessly blends historical significance with modern functionality.

Today, the Grade II listed building heralds a new age of sustainable workspace; valuing human connection, comfort, and wellbeing as highly as performance and flexibility.

 

History, modernized

A new chapter

41 Lothbury’s transformation is a story of heritage reimagined for the future. Completed in 2025, Pembroke delivered a turnkey solution, guiding the process from structural regeneration to our tenant, Addleshaw Goddard’s, bespoke fit-out.

Sustainability was central: an all-electric system, air-source heat pumps, and reused materials cut carbon dramatically, earning top environmental credentials.

Inside, the former banking hall becomes a social hub, with a Jason Bruges light installation and hospitality-style lounge. Landscaped terraces and green spaces invite connection and relaxation against the City of London skyline.
