Welcome to 41 Lothbury
Legacy renewed
Built between 1923 and 1931 for the London & Westminster Bank, 41 Lothbury is a prestigious address that seamlessly blends historical significance with modern functionality.
Today, the Grade II listed building heralds a new age of sustainable workspace; valuing human connection, comfort, and wellbeing as highly as performance and flexibility.
History, modernized
A new chapter
41 Lothbury’s transformation is a story of heritage reimagined for the future. Completed in 2025, Pembroke delivered a turnkey solution, guiding the process from structural regeneration to our tenant, Addleshaw Goddard’s, bespoke fit-out.
Sustainability was central: an all-electric system, air-source heat pumps, and reused materials cut carbon dramatically, earning top environmental credentials.
The smarter shape of work
Stay well, work well
Inside, the former banking hall becomes a social hub, with a Jason Bruges light installation and hospitality-style lounge. Landscaped terraces and green spaces invite connection and relaxation against the City of London skyline.
From collaborative zones to wellness amenities, every element is designed to enrich daily life – making 41 Lothbury a workplace that inspires, energizes, and brings people together.
