Ed leads Pembroke’s global debt capital markets activities, directing property-level financing execution, developing portfolio debt strategy, and managing lender relationships.

Ed is responsible for the strategy and execution of property-level debt transactions across Pembroke’s global portfolio working closely with the regional teams. He manages the financing process from initial evaluation and lender engagement through structuring, negotiation, and closing. Ed partners with investment, asset management, finance, and risk leaders to align financing decisions with property-level business plans, portfolio objectives, and the firm’s broader capital strategy to support investment performance.
