Kavit is responsible for the tax activities for Pembroke’s global portfolio across Australia, Germany, Japan, the Nordics and the UK, assessing tax implications and supporting strategic decision making at all stages.

In his role, Kavit oversees the tax advisory, compliance and reporting of the global portfolio which includes ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax returns and payments in all jurisdictions; overseeing and collaborating with local third-party tax service providers; managing relationships with tax authorities worldwide; and leading the tax structuring and due diligence for non-US acquisitions, disposals, and internal reorganisations.
