Boston, — Pembroke is pleased to announce that Earls Kitchen + Bar will open its third Massachusetts location at Seaport West in early 2027, further enhancing the culinary landscape of the Boston waterfront. The new restaurant will join a growing roster of acclaimed dining destinations at our Commonwealth Pier community, including Ci Siamo and Daily Provisions from Union Square Hospitality Group.

Earls Seaport will bring the brand’s signature upscale-casual atmosphere to the heart of the Seaport District. The restaurant will feature expansive dining areas designed for social and professional gatherings, a three-season enclosed patio with additional al fresco seating, and interiors inspired by historic Boston, including locally commissioned artwork and rich, jewel-toned finishes.

With 69 locations across North America and recent openings in Waikiki and Nashville, Earls is known for its globally inspired menu, expertly crafted cocktails, and vibrant guest experiences. The Seaport location will continue this tradition, offering a dynamic new venue for both locals and visitors.

The opening of Earls is part of the broader transformation of Commonwealth Pier, which will become Boston’s new waterfront destination featuring a new Habor Plaza and an enhanced Harborwalk with new green spaces, art installations, seating and swings overlooking the water, and year-round programming. Commonwealth Pier is poised to transform into a lively destination where great food, vibrant community, and stunning waterfront views all come together—connecting people to each other, and to the neighborhood.
