Dimitri tasked with driving portfolio performance, leasing strategy, capital execution and development outcomes within the local market.
With a background in institutional funds management, asset management and capital transactions, Dimitri is a trusted advisor skilled at delivering disciplined, risk-adjusted value creation.
- Responsible for asset management performance, operational outcomes and execution of leasing strategies across prime office and living-sector assets in Sydney and Melbourne
- Responsible for the full investment lifecycle; identifying and progressing opportunities, supporting acquisitions and disposals, and executing portfolio strategy
- Leading capital management initiatives in Australia, including debt sourcing, refinancing and financial institution relationships
