Emanuel Falk is our Development Manager, supporting the delivery of development projects across Pembroke’s German portfolio. He plays a key role in the execution of projects including Alram 14 in Munich, working across the full development lifecycle from early‑stage concept and feasibility through to delivery. Emanuel also contributes to the underwriting and assessment of new development opportunities alongside the investments team.
