Callie supports all US Pembroke associates in her role as HR business partner. She is passionate about aligning people strategy with business vision to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workplace.
At Pembroke, Callie partners across teams and geographies to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support talent development and strengthen organizational culture. Her approach is grounded in data, collaboration and a deep commitment to creating environments where people thrive and performance excels.
Prior to joining Pembroke, Callie held senior roles at national commercial real estate firms where she led transformative programs in talent strategy, post-merger integration, leadership development and other high-impact initiatives.
