LifeAlive Organic Café will open in Summer 2026 and brings its signature “Eat Positive. Live Positive.” philosophy to the Seaport community. Known for its chef‑crafted grain bowls, salads, wraps, smoothies and espresso drinks, the café blends wellness‑focused food with warm, colorful design which you can see in these renders of what’s to come.

CEO Bryan Timko highlighted the significance of the Commonwealth Pier location, “The Seaport has been our most-requested location from guests for years, so we’re excited to finally bring this incredible waterfront community a space to eat well, connect, and recharge… Our vibrant, flavor-packed menu is made for people who refuse to choose between food that tastes amazing and food that makes them feel amazing.”

Later this year, Salt & Straw will debut its first Boston shop at Commonwealth Pier. The beloved artisan ice cream brand is known for chef‑driven flavors, rotating monthly menus and creative collaborations.

CEO and co‑founder Kim Malek shared, “We’re so excited to open in a city that is already home to true ice cream lovers and champions of local food culture… We’ve always known Boston would be a major market for us, and we can’t wait to partner with local artisans in the city.”

These openings join the anticipated arrivals of Daily Provisions and Ci Siamo, both from Union Square Hospitality Group. Daily Provisions is a growing collection of all-day neighborhood cafes with restaurant roots offering a familiar, yet elevated, menu of classic dishes including its signature crullers, all-day breakfast sandwiches with a runny yolk, and freshly brewed coffee and teas. Throughout the afternoon and evening, the restaurant serves chef-driven salads, made-to-order sandwiches, seasonal sides, and comforting dinner dishes like its famous roast chicken.

Led by Executive Chef Hillary Sterling, Ci Siamo is Union Square Hospitality Group’s Italian restaurant centered around live-fire cooking and seasonal ingredients with a menu inspired by Chef’s travels throughout Italy. Translating to “we’ve arrived,” the second location of Ci Siamo will bring the same transportive yet familiar atmosphere to Commonwealth Pier, highlighting thoughtful preparations and dishes that celebrate the beauty of simplicity.

In addition, Earls Kitchen + Bar is slated to join the Commonwealth Pier in 2027.
