Steven leads the strategic asset management function for our Boston portfolio.
Steven is responsible for the development and implementation of asset-level strategies for our Boston assets which are comprised of five office and mixed use properties totaling 3.1M square feet.
Before joining Pembroke, Steven was active within the Boston real estate market through a series of roles involving transactions, asset management and redevelopment, focusing on value-add office and residential investments.
