Stefan Andersson

Stefan works across multiple fields and leads several development and construction projects for our Nordic portfolio. Responsible for the Norwegian assets, Stefan oversaw the complete re-development of Colosseum 9 shopping center in Oslo.

His work also includes leading the development and enhancement of Smålandstorget- a new public square located in central Stockholm while utilizing his extensive experience in retail development.

Furthermore, Stefan supports new acquisitions across the Nordic portfolio through market coverage, property due diligence and feasibility studies and is a board member of the Urban Land Institute Sweden.
