Lydia leads the HR function across our European offices, partnering closely with regional leaders and managers to deliver high-impact human resources programs aligned with our global business priorities. Her focus areas include driving talent acquisition and management, strengthening managerial capability, building high-performing teams to deliver on our objectives, and cultivating an inclusive, engaged workplace culture.
With a career spanning both financial services and the public sector, Lydia brings deep expertise in leading HR teams and implementing initiatives across talent development, employee engagement, and performance enhancement. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds an ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. Lydia holds a degree in History from Cardiff University.
