Dan Perkins

Dan’s oversees our Helsinki portfolio and  future Stockholm redevelopments. Dan works closely with our regional development director to build upon and improve our best practices for design, procurement, sustainability, and construction of new developments.

Dan has worked most notably with BNP Paribas Real Estate and HRO with responsibility for the conception, leasing, delivery and sale of over 550,000 sqm (6 million sqft) of award-winning office developments in Paris, Lisbon, Frankfurt, London and Helsinki.
