Brendan is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the finance and accounting activities for Pembroke’s European portfolio, which consists of 17 properties across the UK, Germany and the Nordics.

In his role, Brendan oversees the financial accounting and reporting of the portfolio including internal controls, oversight of third-party service providers, and treasury matters. Additionally, he is responsible for the financial due diligence, acquisition and onboarding of new assets, refinancing activities and lender reporting for the portfolio.

Brendan has over 20 years’ experience working in real estate and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
