Takashi is leading acquisitions and asset management for Pembroke’s Tokyo projects.
Takashi Endo is Vice President at Pembroke, leading real estate acquisitions and asset management in Japan. Since joining Pembroke in September 2006, Takashi has been instrumental in a number of Pembroke acquisitions in Tokyo, including most recently Tri-Seven Roppongi and Azabu Gardens parcels.
Prior to joining Pembroke, Takashi worked for a real estate consulting firm in the US, and was in charge of financial analysis of commercial properties. Takashi also has experience working as a project manager for a real estate developer in Japan, managing residential condominium projects in the Tokyo area and also managing the developer’s investment and financial operations in the US. Takashi is fluent in English and Japanese.
