Steve manages capital projects in Pembroke’s US portfolio.

Steve is responsible for management of capital projects throughout Pembroke’s US portfolio and contributes to the enhancement of systems and procedures of the Development team.

Prior to Pembroke, Steve worked as an Owner’s Project Manager at an OPM company and Job Captain at a well-known Boston architecture firm. He brings more than seven years of experience in architecture and construction management.
