Megha oversees the Commonwealth Pier revitalization project in Boston.
Megha manages day-to-day efforts of the Commonwealth Pier revitalization project, the multi-year undertaking set to transform and rejuvenate the 705,000 sq ft building and Pier with new amenities for greater public access to the waterfront, vibrant retail offerings, first-class event spaces, and a unique and flexible workplace. Focused on successfully completing project design and permitting, she manages a myriad of project consultants while closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, state and local officials, and Massport.
Megha was trained as an architect, and prior to joining Pembroke, worked in strategic real estate investment, development and advisory roles at local Boston firms. She has worked on several large projects in the Boston area, especially the Seaport, and continues to be excited about its transformation.
