Mark leads Pembroke’s technology function.

Mark leads Pembroke’s technology function and is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the technology strategy and systems necessary to support our operations and long term business goals.

Mark has over 20 years of diverse IT experience and has held various roles within Fidelity between 1994 and 2014. For nearly ten years, until the end of 2014, Mark was Vice President, Technology for Devonshire Investors, where he led a team of professionals providing strategic and tactical IT services to 12 portfolio companies and served as the interim CIO for several portfolio companies. Mark began his career at Fidelity as Manager, and then Director, of Information Technology at the Seaport Companies and was subsequently the Director of Desktop and LAN Operations at Devonshire. Prior to joining Pembroke, Mark was a technology consultant to the Harold Alfond Foundation.
