With my broad valuation experience I hope to help Pembroke capitalize on opportunities presented by the London Portfolio

With a varied valuation background spanning the commercial, residential and retail sectors, Josh has moved across from CBRE to assist in the day-to-day Asset Management of the London Portfolio. His role will involve input into such projects as the repositioning of our City Trophy Asset, 41 Lothbury; the comprehensive refurbishment of amenity areas and subsequent leasing of office, retail & residential elements of 1 Grafton Street; as well as assisting in any potential future acquisitions.

 

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor (3 years PQE)

• Experience across the Commercial, Retail and Residential Sectors

Education: 

Real Estate Management BSc, Oxford Brookes University
