Elizabeth is responsible for Pembroke’s compensation and benefits initiatives including: active management of Pembroke’s compensation program and pay strategy; leadership of compensation and performance review cycles; and assessment and management of Pembroke’s benefits strategy and country-specific benefits plans.
Elizabeth joined Fidelity Investments in 2002 and has held a variety of compensation and benefits roles. Most recently, Elizabeth was a member of the Devonshire Investors HR team, where she was focused on compensation analysis; market compensation studies; managing performance and compensation review cycles.
