Nick is responsible for managing Pembroke’s UK and German business with particular focus on strategic asset management.

Nick is responsible for managing Pembroke’s UK and German business with particular focus on the strategic asset management of all of Pembroke's properties in the UK, including the creation and implementation of business plans for each investment. He is also responsible for sourcing and acquiring new investment opportunities in the UK and Germany.

Prior to Pembroke, Nick was a director of the International Corporate Real Estate Group for Fidelity International Limited (FIL). While at FIL, he was responsible for managing more than 500,000 sf / 47,000 sqm of the company's corporate facilities in 13 countries across Europe. Previous to this, Nick worked for an international real estate firm's corporate real estate services group.
