Cory is responsible for the firm's investments in DC, San Francisco and Seattle.
Cory is responsible for managing Pembroke's real estate investments in San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, DC, and for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities across the US. He also provides strategic support to the firm's Tokyo office. Prior to establishing Pembroke’s Washington, DC office in 2014, Cory worked in the firm’s Boston office where he was responsible for the global valuation process, sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions in North America and supporting the evaluation of investment opportunities in Japan, Europe and Australia.
Prior to joining Pembroke, Cory was an associate at a private real estate investment and merchant banking firm, responsible for structuring and analyzing Latin American investment opportunities, as well as underwriting acquisition opportunities.
Cory is fluent in Spanish.
