A pioneer development
Seaport Place helped transform this historically maritime area into a thriving business community. Pembroke worked closely with state and federal agencies to help provide transport solutions, including the new MBTA Silver Line linking the Seaport District to the rest of Boston and an improved commuter boat service. The complex also features two unique public parks: Eastport Park, a 1.6-acre sculpture park with sea-themed artwork, and the elevated Westport Park, which incorporates Seaport Place’s award-winning green roof.
Seaport East and Seaport West offer businesses a unique combination of amenities with unmatched accessibility to the greater Boston area.

An integrated experience
Seaport Place offers more on-site amenities than any office tower in Boston. The Seaport Place Advantage program was created to offer our office tenants unique promotions, discounts and services throughout Seaport Place.
Revitalization of Commonwealth Pier
Pembroke is now undertaking an extensive revitalization of Commonwealth Pier, part of Seaport Place, to create a vibrant, new multi-use waterfront destination. With extensive public spaces, a new waterfront public plaza, an enhanced Harborwalk, as well as new retail, office and event spaces, the new Commonwealth Pier will introduce many exciting ways to explore and celebrate the waterfront.
