One of Stockholm’s greenest buildings
From honeybees on the roof to state of the art green-tech, Mästerhuset helps its tenants be sustainable with ease. Mästerhuset was the first LEED Platinum certified office building in central Stockholm and all tenants in Mästerhuset have signed a green contract, which means that they work actively together with Pembroke on environmental solutions.
Mästerhuset has 50 per cent lower energy consumption than the requirements from the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket)

Premium service offering
Quality service and management is a priority for us. Our 24/7 service, first-class end-of-trip facilities and outstanding in-house concierge service are some of the reasons why Mästerhuset has the most satisfied office tenants in Sweden, according to the renowned CFI Survey ‘Fastighetsbarometern’.
The perfect environment to do business
Our goal was to create an exceptional and flexible working environment for modern businesses, which means being able to adjust to their evolving needs. Our tenant, Nordea, wanted to make their office space more fluid with flexible floor plates and communal areas. Our answer was a central atrium with an internal staircase and bridge system. Beautifully designed and wholly functional, the result is a versatile, social meeting space for Nordea, and wide, clear floor plates.
