The construction project started in August 2022, the new building is planned to deliver in 2026 and will be certified in accordance with LEED v4 Platinum.
PK Huset
Located on Hamngatan and Regeringsgatan in Norrmalm, part of Stockholm’s central business district, PK Huset is a nine-storey mixed-use building and the headquarters of Nordea Bank. In June 2017, Smålandstorget was inaugurated. The square is located next to PK Huset and opens up the block, creating new pathways and a new meeting place in the heart of Stockholm.
