WilmerHale has re-committed to a new ten-year lease at 49 Park Lane.
Pembroke today announced that long-term tenant WilmerHale has re-committed to a new ten-year lease at 49 Park Lane.
The international law firm has been the sole occupant at the prestigious Mayfair property since Pembroke completed the development in 2009.
49 Park Lane is located in the heart of Mayfair, central London’s most upscale and desirable address. It comprises 28,000 sq ft (2,600 sq m) of prime office space over nine column-free floors boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces directly overlooking Hyde Park.
