Pembroke Japan (Tokyo, Minato-ward) today announced Fidelity Worldwide Investment Japan will lease approximately 6,000 square meters (1815 tsubo) of office space at its new development, Tri-Seven Roppongi.

Fidelity Worldwide Investment Japan’s commitment follows the recent signing of Barneys Japan which will lease approximately 1,900 square meters (575 tsubo) of retail space. Tri-Seven Roppongi, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2016, is now more than 40% leased.
