Asset management firm will lease space at new Grade-A office and retail development in center of Roppongi
Pembroke Real Estate Japan (Tokyo, Minato-ward) today announced Fidelity Worldwide Investment Japan will lease approximately 6,000 square meters (1815 tsubo) of office space at its new development, Tri-Seven Roppongi.
Fidelity Worldwide Investment Japan’s commitment follows the recent signing of Barneys Japan which will lease approximately 1,900 square meters (575 tsubo) of retail space. Tri-Seven Roppongi, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2016, is now more than 40% leased.
Fidelity Worldwide Investment, the financial services business of FIL limited, is one of the world’s largest providers of investment strategies across asset classes, and retirement solutions, serving investors in 25 countries across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. It is a leading foreign asset management company in Japan where it has had a presence for over 40 years.
