Earlier this year Kristin Willerström, Regional Director for the Nordics at Pembroke, spoke to leading Swedish real estate publication Fastighetsvärlden to talk about Pembroke’s activity in the region and some of the recent projects the team are working on.
The conversation centered around the recent planning approval for Hästen 21 in central Stockholm, a new 36,000 sqm mixed-use building which will include new residential, retail and workspaces. Kristin spoke about how Hästen 21 is the pinnacle of Pembroke’s ‘Project Access’ vision which aims to open up a previously closed neighborhood in the heart of the city and transform one of Stockholm’s most central districts into a more accessible and attractive destination.
Kristin also discusses the importance of the office post-Covid and how Pembroke are designing workspaces with wellbeing and ESG at their core for their existing and future tenants.
The article also looks at Kristin’s career before joining Pembroke, as well as Pembroke´s long-term commitment in the Nordics.
