Pembroke Real Estate is delighted to announce Mästerhuset, the 30,650 sqm office and retail building in the centre of Stockholm, is 100% let three months prior to completion.
The building has attracted a diverse range of occupiers including financial, legal, media and tech companies. NC Advisory AB, Magnora and TriOptima are the most recent businesses to sign leases and will be joining Nordea, Delphi and Bloomberg.
NC Advisory AB, advisor to Nordic Capital Funds, a leader in Nordic private equity investments, will lease 2,500 sqm of office space over floors 8 and 9. Magnora, a family-owned holding company of high-profile companies such as Kreab and Demoskop, will lease 1,310 sqm on floor 8 and TriOptima, the award-winning provider of post trade risk management services will lease 3,530 sqm on floor 6. In addition Grupp F12 will open their new restaurant, ‘The Good Life’ in November 2015. A new Melker Anderson concept, the restaurant will occupy 1,000 sqm on the ground floor. The average lease term of the building is over 10 years.
The success of Mästerhuset has been built on modern, international specifications and quality of the office space, building efficiencies and amenities, and its service-oriented approach to property management.

Mästerhuset has a unique approach to customer service benefitting from Pembroke’s international property management experience. Upon completion, Karl Sundholm, part of the Pembroke team delivering the property, will take the lead providing bespoke occupier services. Karl will be supported by Coor Service Management, the premium provider of office services in the Nordics, who have recently been appointed based on their innovative approach to office services and knowledge of international businesses practices. Together, Pembroke and Coor will provide integrated occupier focused customer service and seamless building management.
Pembroke is an international real estate advisor that has completed more than 340,000 sqm of premium office and residential developments, and currently has active projects in Tokyo, London, Sydney and Stockholm. Mästerhuset is on track to complete in the summer of 2015, with occupiers moving in from September. It is the first development in Pembroke’s Nordic portfolio to be completed and represents the firm’s long-term commitment to Stockholm real estate market.
