Pembroke is pleased to announce the London Metal Exchange (LME) as a new tenant at 10 Finsbury Square. The deal means 10 Finsbury Square is now 55% let and 74% let or under offer.

The LME, the world centre for industrial metals trading, will occupy the ground, first and second floor totaling approximately 39,120 sq ft. The deal represents an important time for the LME as it moves from its existing premises of 21 years on Leadenhall Street.
