Pembroke is excited to share construction progress at Commonwealth Pier in Boston. This latest timelapse showcases construction activity between April and November 2021.

The revitalization of Commonwealth Pier will provide a new waterfront public plaza alongside new retail, office and event spaces to create a vibrant destination for neighbors, visitors and office workers alike to enjoy. The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
