Overseeing the new office will be, Christian Bosiljanoff, who will join Pembroke as Director of Asset Management in November. Alongside responsibility for the day-to-day asset management of the portfolio \u2013 including property-specific business plans, capital projects, tenant relations, and leasing activities \u2013 Christian will take an active role in developing and delivering our new German market initiatives. Christian joins Pembroke from PATRIZIA where he was responsible for managing a range of German assets; both in value add and core real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The letting represents half of the total area of the building, with the top three remaining floors now receiving much interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At S-Kai<\/a> the 14,200 sq m mixed-use building, Italian restaurant Mama is soon to open.
