{"id":2546,"date":"2018-09-26T15:22:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-26T15:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pembroke.com\/?p=2546"},"modified":"2023-11-15T14:51:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T14:51:00","slug":"statement-regarding-status-hasten-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pembroke.com\/news\/statement-regarding-status-hasten-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Statement regarding status: H\u00e4sten 21"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ten years ago, we began developing the centrally located city block in Stockholm that would become known as Project Access. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pembroke.com\/europe\/sweden\/stockholm\/hasten-21\/\" data-type=\"portfolio\" data-id=\"3151\">H\u00e4sten 21<\/a> represents the final stage in this process, promising a vibrant mixed-use space to punctuate this revitalized area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our close partnership with the City of Stockholm over the past four years has resulted in a final \u201cdetailed development plan\u201d for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pembroke.com\/europe\/sweden\/stockholm\/hasten-21\/\" data-type=\"portfolio\" data-id=\"3151\">H\u00e4sten 21<\/a>. We have enjoyed strong political support for the development as well as for Project Access, which aims to improve accessibility and overall attractiveness for the entire city block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On August 30 the second public consultation for H\u00e4sten 21 concluded.
