We are pleased to announce the London Metal Exchange <\/a>as a new tenant at 10 Finsbury Square<\/a>. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The deal means 10 Finsbury Square <\/a>is now 55% let and 74% let or under offer. The LME<\/a>, the world centre for industrial metals trading, will occupy the ground, first and second floor totaling approximately 39,120 sq ft. The deal represents an important time for LME <\/a>as it moves from its existing premises of 21 years on Leadenhall Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stuart Sloan, Chief Operating Officer at London Metal Exchange said:<\/strong> \u201c10 Finsbury Square is the ideal new home for our business as it offers flexible office and trading space combined with excellent transport links. It means that for the first time we can bring together all of our staff in one location, as well as keep our commitment to the Ring, our open outcry trading floor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LME is a traditional City occupier with specific accommodation requirements. Thanks to 10 Finsbury Square\u2019s open, clear floorplates and unique location, it can offer the LME a flexible workspace solution whilst maintaining their important City connection. Situated to the south of Silicon Roundabout, where Shoreditch meets The City, 10 Finsbury Square offers eight floors of flexible, open-plan office space. The 150,000 sq ft building is uniquely bordered by two of the largest green spaces in the City and, with floor-to-ceiling glass, the large-scale floorplates benefit from outstanding levels of natural light. The building is 74% let or under offer with 39,201 sq ft still available to lease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
