As part of our ongoing commitment to creating places that respond to the needs of their communities, 25 Cannon Street has established itself as a distinctive destination within the City of London<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At its heart is the publicly accessible Reflection Garden with a striking reflective pool, capturing the iconic dome of St Paul\u2019s Cathedral. Now one of the City\u2019s most frequented green spaces, it offers office workers a place to pause \u2013 whether for lunch or a moment of respite from the pace of the surrounding urban environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This emphasis on green space extends to the building\u2019s roof garden – a 5,400 sq ft landscaped terrace reserved for tenants. Designed as a multi-functional sanctuary, it supports everything from informal gatherings to quiet moments of retreat. For the past two years, in partnership with London Parks & Gardens<\/a>, this private space has been opened to the public as part of the annual London Open Gardens weekend<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

London Parks & Gardens is a small charity with a significant mission: to celebrate and champion the capital\u2019s historic parks, gardens, and green spaces for the benefit of all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors to 25 Cannon Street can explore a meticulously curated garden by award-winning landscape designer Tom Stuart-Smith<\/a>. Planted with thousands of resilient, sun-loving species, the roof garden is thoughtfully zoned to accommodate team meetings, private calls, and larger events, all set against panoramic views across the river and the City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event also highlights our ongoing collaboration with Tom Stuart-Smith, whose work extends across several of our projects, including the Reflection Garden at 25 Cannon Street, the roof terrace at 4 Cannon Street, and the banking hall at 41 Lothbury<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are delighted to host London Open Gardens once again on Saturday 6 June. Last year, the roof garden welcomed more than 400 visitors, and we look forward to building on that success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the lead-up to the weekend, we were also pleased to host the official press and influencer preview in partnership with the London Open Gardens team. Held on Monday 18 May, the event brought together more than 30 members of the press and social media community, generating early visibility and coverage for the upcoming weekend. Guests were introduced to the design and purpose of the roof garden and its role in creating a refined environment that brings together nature and the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
