At its core, the repositioning opens the building to new ways of working. Across the upper floors, 8,000 sq ft of landscaped terraces offer additional space for collaboration, quiet work or simply taking in views across the Square Mile <\/a>– including a communal roof terrace on Level 8. The building incorporates a 1,350 sq ft fitness studio, extensive end\u2011of\u2011trip facilities with dedicated drying rooms, lockers and cycle storage, and essential support spaces such as a parents\u2019 room, multi\u2011faith room and quiet work areas. This approach has delivered tangible value for international law firm Addleshaw Goddard<\/a>, who now occupy the entire building on a long\u2011term lease. With four floors dedicated to client hospitality, events and meeting spaces, the building supports a fully integrated working environment tailored to the needs of their teams and clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
