San Francisco’s Historic 140 New Montgomery Nears Full Occupancy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CBRE<\/a> and Pembroke are pleased to announce that Reflection AI,<\/a> an AI start\u2011up building frontier open\u2011source models, and A*, an early-stage venture capital firm backing outlier founders from idea to IPO, have together leased 30,000 sq. ft. at 140 New Montgomery Street in San Francisco. With these new leases and the renewal of existing tenant Calendly,<\/a> the building is now 94% leased, leaving only one office floor available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
