Out team sat down with journalist, Adam Branson, of Property EU at EXPO Real to discuss our focus on diversifying our portfolio into the residential sector in the markets where Pembroke office properties are located. After our acquisition of The Lark in central London last December, Pembroke will continue its focus on London and also is looking in Munich, Hamburg, Boston, Seattle, Northern Virginia, Tokyo, Sydney and Melbourne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jack Clark, Senior Vice President, Head of Investments, said, \u201cThe reason for choosing those areas in particular is that they are all places where supply is failing to keep pace with demand for housing.\u201d Clark continued, \u201cSo from an investment fundamentals perspective, we think there continues to be really strong developments in those cities, and we think we have the ability to manage, and in some cases, develop high quality product.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
