The law firm will move into the top two floors to an area of \u200b\u200b4,400 square meters \/ 47,400 square feet. Pembroke and DLA Piper are aligned in the belief that thoughtfully designed buildings with amenities and services for today\u00b4s active workforce enhance the quality of life. In addition to office space, the mixed-use building also will be home to premium retail shops, dining and twenty-seven apartments. Pembroke aspires for this development to become the benchmark for design that is beautiful, functional and sustainable. Pembroke aims for H\u00e4sten 21 to earn the highest sustainability certification available today, LEED Platinum v4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DLA Piper has approximately 250 employees in Sweden, who currently work on Sveav\u00e4gen 4. The entire business will move into the new building in the summer of 2027. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
