Pembroke aims for H\u00e4sten 21 to earn the highest sustainability certification available today, LEED Platinum v4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re responding to a very strong interest in H\u00e4sten 21, because this type of workspace is rare and highly coveted. The building is unique with the client experience it offers and its expansive amenities, including the rooftop terrace of approximately 2,000 square meters with 360\u00ba panoramic views of Stockholm.
