Ida is responsible for commercial property management of the German portfolio.

As a Commercial Property Manager, Ida is responsible for the portfolio in Germany. Her tasks include being a contact person for tenants, owners and service providers, as well as the commercial and accounting matters relating to assets. Prior to Pembroke, Ida was with a major UK real estate investment and development company based in Munich.

With her 20 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, Ida has extensive knowledge of all aspects of management, letting, and revitalization as well as the technical challenges of property management.
