Esme is responsible for Pembroke’s internal processes by minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency across the organization and its third parties.
Esme is responsible for overseeing internal projects across all regions relating to financial operations. Esme has been involved in automating our vendor setup process, maintaining and updating approval workflows to ensure policy compliance as well as regular checks across systems to search out inefficiencies or opportunities for heightened controls.
• Works with development support team to implement vendor setup automation process to mitigate risk and increase efficiency in the vendor setup process
• Manages over 50 workflows to ensure that all invoices are approved by the correct employees to ensure compliance and efficiency in vendor payments
• Updates and maintains all vendor due diligence, data and compliance
