Christian is responsible for developing and delivering Pembroke’s German market initiatives

In addition to establishing Pembroke’s Munich office in 2018, Christian is responsible for actively managing Pembroke’s German market initiatives, overseeing property-specific business plans, capital projects and leasing activities. He is also charged with building strong tenant relationships and actively promoting Pembroke’s brand in Germany.

Prior to joining Pembroke, Christian worked for a large real estate investor where he was responsible for a range of assets, both in value-add and core real estate portfolios, and was responsible for planning and executing development projects and developing growth strategies. He brings diverse experience managing international portfolios, including repositioning of assets, budgeting and cash flow planning, lease and contract negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, local market engagement, and international financing.
