Andreas is responsible for the asset management and operations of Pembroke’s Nordic portfolio.

Andreas develops and oversees the execution of strategic business plans for each of the properties in Sweden and Norway and is directly responsible for tenant relations.

He has several years of experience working with property owners and consultancy firms. Previously, he worked for AMS Fastigheter, where he was Property Manager for Urban Escape, a block consisting of five buildings filled with offices, hotels, meeting places, and a shopping center in the middle of Stockholm CBD.
