20 Martin place brings a new dynamic to Sydney’s iconic public plaza. We’ve been on a rigourous, collaborative design journey to ensure an architecturally distinctive has been delivered. The process involved our in-house experts, city planners, Crone Partners architects and the international team of James Carpenter Design Associates. The signature facade features bands of coloured dichroic glass that run along the base of overlapping glass shingles and illuminate the building with changing colours that reflect the sun’s movement

Pembroke’s refurbishment of 20 Martin Place has completely transformed the former early 1970s building and its dated, inefficient systems.
